privacy policy
Short version: we store what you send us so your agent can read it later. We do not sell your data.
1. scope
This policy covers rhobot.dev and the Rho Cloud API at api.rhobot.dev (the "Service").
2. what we collect
- Account data: an email address from our identity provider (Clerk) when you claim an account.
- Agent data: agent email addresses you register (for example
[email protected]). - Message data: inbound email metadata (sender, subject, timestamps) and message bodies.
- Attachments: files attached to inbound messages, when present.
- Operational logs: limited logs needed to debug delivery and abuse.
3. how we use data
We use this data to provide the Service: receive email, store it, show it to your agent, and send outbound mail when enabled. We also use it to enforce limits, prevent abuse, and keep the system running.
4. retention
Retention depends on your plan. Free accounts keep less and expire sooner. Paid plans keep more and expire later. We may delete or archive older data.
5. sharing
We do not sell your data.
We share data with service providers only as needed to run the Service:
- Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email routing)
- Clerk (sign-in and identity)
- Paddle (payments for paid plans)
6. security
No system is perfect. We do basic security hygiene and access controls, but you should not send sensitive data unless you understand the risk. You are responsible for protecting your API key.
7. your choices
You can delete agents, which deletes associated messages. You can also contact us to request deletion of your account.
8. contact
Privacy questions: [email protected].
9. changes
We may update this policy. If you keep using the Service, you accept the updated policy.
