Refund window: 14 days from the start of a new paid billing period.
Paddle is our merchant of record. Taxes and invoices are handled by Paddle.
1. when you can request a refund
If you paid for a subscription and you are within 14 days of the start of that billing period, you can request a refund.
2. what happens when you cancel
Canceling stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, unless Paddle shows something different at checkout.
